Pre Purchase Pest Inspection

During a prepurchase inspection the areas we check are:

  • Roof interior
  • Building Exterior
  • Subfloor
  • Building Interior
  • Site including outbuildings, such as a garage, granny flat or shed.

During a Prepurchase Pest Inspection we look for:

  • Termites or evidence of past termite activity
  • Evidence of any past termite treatment or damage
  • Timber borers or evidence of any damage
  • Wood rot (decay) and potential safety hazards

We also report on any conditions that may be conducive to Termite attack or conditions that may cause wood rot. This will assist you in maintaining a Timber Pest free home.

The importance of a locally based and operated business is paramount when it comes to pest inspections. Local knowledge and experience are vital.  For your own protection please ensure that you use a licence Pest Technician who will have thousands of hours of real life experience. Many inspectors these days complete a 4 day short course to meet the minimum requirements to undertake inspection but ultimately dont have the expertise need to deal with these most tricky pests.
